Your church may access our minister/evangelist preferred profile database to receive resumes of ministers that meet your specific requirements. A simple process of completing a Church Profile outlining the desired qualifications of the ministerial candidate and E-mailing or faxing it to us will initiate the process. We will immediately forward resumes meeting your specifications to your church for consideration. We anticipate the church and minister will seek God's will in this calling process.

If your Search/Personnel Committee has narrowed the field of ministerial candidates to one or more and desires a thorough Background Check, we can help. SBMSS will research the areas listed below. We will then present your committee with a researched/validated Background Check Package on these candidates. Your Background Check information will be carefully researched and thoughtfully prepared by SBMSS for presentation to your Search/Personnel Committee for prayer and appropriate action. This complete package gives your committee and church researched/validated information on every aspect of the ministerial candidate...Spiritual - Mental - Social - Emotional...giving your church confidence in who they are calling.

2. Personality Profile - Complete results with interpretation. Lists personality type and traits.
3. Work History - Ministerial and Secular. Verified statistical data in graph format from churches served.
4. Educational Background - Including copies of diplomas declared and workshops attended.
5. Philosophy of Ministry - Worship style, theological statement, missions, evangelism, etc.

12. Personal Testimony - Written by the minister relating conversion experience, their call into the ministry and discussion of their spiritual gifts.
13. Spousal Support Statement - Statement from spouse regarding goals in personal ministry.
14. Ministerial Goals - Workbook completed by minister relating specific ministerial goals.
15. Letters of Reference - Verified.
16. Videotaped Worship Service - As appropriate.
17. Religious/Civic Organizations

This option allows our Minister Search Service to aggressively go to work for your church immediately. SBMSS will work closely with your Search/Personnel Committee to find God's person for your position. Utilizing the qualifications that your church desires in a minister, SBMSS will search out these ministers and present them, along with their Portfolio to you.

Fee: $595.00 (Includes time and resources necessary to locate/qualify candidates.)

Through satellite and compressed video technology, interviews can now be conducted without the expense of the ministerial candidate or the search committee traveling to distant locations. Through utilizing over 250 conference satellite stations nationwide, involved parties save time, money and energy. Sat-A-View also provides review of the interview by both the ministerial candidate and the search committee through videotaped recording of the interview. When time and distance are factors, Sat-A-View is Biblical Stewardship at its best.
