In January of 1996, a team of Southern Baptists from the fields of ministry, education, marketing, counseling, and business aligned with one common purpose: to provide to Southern Baptist churches, agencies, institutions, ministers, students and vocational evangelists specific services and products designed to facilitate an accurate and efficient flow of information between parties involved in meeting ministerial staffing needs.
